Corporate Member Profile: 

The word “Spets” means a mountain top in Swedish. Spets Association Management carefully and expertly guides its association clients to the summit. Our vision is to be the leading association management company for small to medium-sized member based associations and other not-for-profit organizations in Western Canada. Spets is known for innovative approaches and for setting standards.

We believe in sharing our knowledge: In life, there are numerous opportunities to serve and share. We are passionate about mentoring and welcoming newcomers to the industry. We offer volunteer opportunities and advice to students who need work experience. Aila Karpio sits on the Langara College Co-op Advisory Committee and is a Director of Canadian Memorial United Church, and also serves on CMUC's Sustainability Committee.
