Enjoy a Saturday afternoon with a moderately strenuous (two hours of hiking) snowshoe tour around First Lake and on to Dog Mountain. Learn about local ecology, winter adaptations of wildlife, and the connection between snow and our drinking water supply. After the hike, we'll head indoors for a cup of hot cocoa and an opportunity to discuss the importance of protected watersheds and the future of water management.
