Sustainability more than any other discipline is governed by interdisciplinary thinking; sustainability touches everything, and can be applied to almost any problem solving scenario using a broad triple, quadruple or quintuple bottom line lens.

BCEIA’s BEST Conference attracts Environmental Professionals every May for two days of technical sessions, networking opportunities, and a sponsor exhibition.  Conference registration includes a welcoming reception, technical sessions, panel discussions, an off-site networking reception, and all meals and coffee breaks.  

The University of British Columbia has opened the most sustainable building in North America, a $37-million "living laboratory" that will help to regenerate the environment and advance research and innovation on global sustainability challenges.
