Makayla McGruder I'm a small town farm girl, hailing from rural Missouri. My family has a small 55 acre farm where we specialize in poultry and horses. Agriculture and the science behind sustainable measures have always sparked an interest in me. I am currently a student at the University of Missouri - Columbia pursuing a Bachelors degree in Agribusiness and Management with an emphasis in Sustainable Agriculture. I raise my own food, hunt my own food, shop local, and support U.S. farmers.
